Madeleine: Amaral vai publish evidence
The investigated evidence about what happened to Madeleine McCann inside the apartment, which disappeared in Praia da Luz, after investigation by the Judicial Police (PJ), will be published in the book of former coordinator of the event Gonçalo Amaral.

The CM also knows that the conclusions of the analysis to traces found on the car rented by McCann, 25 days later, are part of the publication of the inspector, who is about to leave the PJ after asking the reform. "Vai a book be inconvenient for many people," warns source close to Gonçalo Amaral.

In reaction to the news, the spokesman for McCann, Clarence Mitchell, believes that the publication will serve "only to make money," which finds to be "sad". Mitchell threatened with proceedings for slander and defamation on Gonçalo Amaral.

If Maddie: Inspector vai disclose the whole puzzle of the night of May 3
Mystery also in film
What really happened the night of May 3, in Praia da Luz, where Madeleine McCann disappeared, one of the passages will be more 'explosive' of the book that the inspector's PJ Gonçalo Amaral is you want to write and, later, transformed into documentary.

The CM knows that the researcher of PJ - who coordinated the case in the first months and is now about to leave the police after having applied for retirement (see support) - already has almost finished the book. As the CM revealed yesterday vai have the title 'the Truth Lie'.

The contents have already been examined by a publisher, which also proposed the publication in English. According to BC source said next of Gonçalo Amaral, "yet there is no date certain for the launch," but, apparently, will only be after the lifting of the secrecy of justice in the investigation process still ongoing at the Ministry of Public Portimao.

On the intention to rebuild the media event on film, should proceed in documentary style, and also there is already producing interested. "Vai clarify all the lie that has been created and calling into question the institutions that investigated and are linked to the case," revealed the CM the same source, who already desfolhou passages from future publication.

PORMENORES DETAILS

SEGREDO SECRECY

The publication of the controversial book should only happen after the lifting of the secrecy of justice."The intention is to restore the truth of what happened that night and did not find problems to the author," explained the 'CM' source close to Gonçalo Amaral.

REFORMA REFORM

Despite being about to pass the reform, adding 38 years of service - 26 in eight more police, military service plus 20% of subsidy - Gonçalo Amaral is in danger of being punished by the disciplinary publication of the book. Even in retirement, the inspector must comply with the regulation of the police disciplinary

For this information regarding this man is he now EX PJ?

So this man expects the secrecy laws to be lifted too? So he is ready with his nasty little book and his fat flabby grubby paws outstretched to receive money from missing Madeleine McCann?

Madeleine McCann the innocent little mite that he 'Goncalo Amaral' failed so miserably and because of him Madeleine's abductors may remain free to carry out their heinous crimes again?

They also want to make a film?

Is there no end to the pimping and debauchery that Portugal will allow concerning little innocent missing children?

And those crones Clawd and Arsabliar cannot understand why the PJ are now being ridiculed in all countries?

Portugal should hang her head in shame for allowing this, it is an absolute abomination!

Re Gonc the Crook

Post by Tinkerbell43 on Mon Apr 28, 2008 4:04 am

Hi Christabel,

Thanks for the article. All I can say is, he must have some kind of hold over more senior members within the PJ. How can he keep brazenly flouting the Judicial Secrecy Laws, particularly when he has his own trial to stand. He is flying in the face of everyone, Why ? A very dangerous man indeed.

How can he . . .

Post by Guest on Mon Apr 28, 2008 4:04 am

say he is going to write about what really happened that night??? He can give his opiníon on what happened, but thanks to what seems like a staggering amount of incompetence on the part of the Portuguese police, noone knows what was going on that night except the culprit - who can't be found partly because of the amount of evidence that was lost as the flat wasn't cordoned off. It's no good saying the McCanns should have realised that DNA evidence would be required. If your daughter is missing you don't think straight and go into forensic mode!

Gonc should not be allowed to write this book, especially as he intends selling it as a factual opus. There has been enough damage done with all the leaks to the press. All the while the McCanns still can't say anything.

Gonc writing this book is disgusting - making money out of a case he was taken off, making money out of a child he doesn't seem to give a damn about. If the McCanns wrote a book and put the money towards their Find Madeleine fund, the people who would buy Gonc's book would be up in arms saying they are making money from their daughter! I bet they won't say the same about Gonc - and that money would be going straight into his bank account. :!:

secrecy laws, so what

Post by dianeh on Mon Apr 28, 2008 9:24 am

Hi Girls

So what if the secrecy laws are lifted. The laws governing libel havent been lifted. If Gonc openly accuses the McCanns of killing Madeleine or disposing of her body, he will need to be able to prove it is true. And he cant. This book will cost him a s**t load more than it will ever make him. Because without the sensational allegations, who is going to buy it? And with the sensational allegations (completely unfounded and unproveable and therfore libellous) he will be paying more to the McCanns than he could ever hope to make.

I for one, can hardly wait. Not the brightest spark is he???? :)

No he certainly isn't the brightest spark, he has already proved that by his amazing bungles over this case!

My point is that if he says he is going to tell the truth about that night and if he knows the truth, why hasn't he reported it? He was meant to be a policeman, an upholder of the law and yet it appears he knows the truth but hasn't told it!

So are we being led to believe that this man things he has vital evidence or information and he has not done anything about it for a year? A policeman?
You could not make this garbage up could you?

What is his name Walter Mitty? or Tubby Mitty? :pig:
Some policeman that is!

Of course he doesnt know the truth. He wouldnt know the truth if it came up and bit him on the bum. It is all about pride and position. He couldnt solve the case, so he went after the McCanns. I have read that Portugal is one of the few countries that accept confessions without supporting evidence. In Aust, US, Britain, France etc, confessions must be accompanied by physical evidence to support it. That way, the confession cannot be withdrawn at a later date. In Portugal, the confession is considered the goal, and once achieved, all other work seems to stop. Gonc was trying to get a confession, as we all know, because he has no evidence, and if he got a confession, he didnt need any other evidence. That is why the evidence was never looked at properly in Cipriano case.

If he had got a confession, he would have restored his position in the force, and probably enough to make others overlook the charges over Leonore Cipriano. Instead, he has got nothing, and no idea what the real truth is. But by now, he must suspect that since he and then Rebelo were unable to find any evidence against the McCanns (real evidence, not just indications that could be taken either way such as DNA that matches a member of the family), that they just may be innocent.

However, taking you point that if he knew the truth why hasnt he done something about it, well he tried. He couldnt find anything to back up his 'truth'. Oh, he knows now that the McCanns have told the truth all along. And this will make it even worse, if he tries to write a book saying something else.

And I never thought about his 'letter' until I read this thread, that he is writing the book because he knows the McCanns are going to have their arguido status lifted and the secrecy will be lifted at the same time. But I think you might be 100% right on that. But as I said, libel isnt going to be lifted. And so he cant make wild claims without any proof, even in the guise of theories, if all they do is discredit and harm the McCanns and that is their intent. NO, he is not going to find the book path as easy as he thinks. His little mate Cristovao should also be looking to see just who is chewing on his shorts, as well. I wouldnt be surprised if he ends up facing libel suits for both of his 'Star' books. And wouldnt that be justice. :bounce:

Well I think that once this arguido status is lifted Paulo Cristoavo should be very careful because I think the McCann's will sue him and he has already said that he is expecting it and it will be deep joy for him if they do! What a completely arrogant and ignorant ass**** this man is!

Well perhaps he should learn that

Pride Comes Before a Fall!

Also Goncalo Amaral should watch out as he is sailing very close to the wind too, should he ever try to publish a book about Madeleine, he will be in for a very nasty surprise.
