Team McCann are not having it easy at the moment, this all started back in January\February with the Amaral trial which went completely against them despite them obtaining a temporary ban on Amaral`s book. They haven’t gone back to court on this yet have they? I wonder why. Is it because of they were un-successful in stopping Amaral`s witnesses from giving evidence, and that the press reported these facts , and that Amaral received immense support from his colleagues and the general public?

This week alone, we have seen that Halligen is to remain in the UK until December and receive legal aid, there has been a dispute between Apco and the Home Office and no-one wants to pay for their so called re-investigation, the PJ will not co-operate with this either. Also reported was the issue of their failure to record any telephone calls that came in to their own hotline. Add to this the Rob Murat v Tanner and co. trial which we hear very little about and the diminishing fund, and, on top of all that they have us to deal with. It may be safe to say that there has been a lot a stress on the McCann camp recently, tempers may have become frayed, people wanting to do things in haste and other not agreeing, could this be why we see dissention in the ranks?

The Libel Trial will happen, unless Amaral has agreed to settle out of court, which would be much the best thing for him to do

As for Tanner v Murat. Robert Murat is more likely to be suing The Portuguese Judiciary, or even Amaral himself.

Add to this the Rob Murat v Tanner and co. trial which we hear very little about

Because it was all a lie, and was never going to happen.

Because the Portuguese courts are in summer recess. Thought one of your stoolpigeons would have told you this.

The fact it hasn't been back to court yet does NOT mean it isn't going to happen.
WE all know, courts work at their own pace, slow and stop.
It is frustrating for all involved, BUT it does not mean it has just 'gone away'.. it hasn't.

How does one just filter out reality like that? I would love to know as there are a few things bothering me lately and I would like to just ignore them. Do you think it is the old fingers in the ears and singing routine?

FOR GOD'S SAKE, WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE.

The McCanns laywer, Ms Duarte, took each and every one of amaral's witnesses by turn, and ripped them a second bumhole. They were all there to back up amaral's book, to say it was factually correct, yet when pressed, most of them had to admit they HADN'T EVEN READ IT. One, who was supposed to agree with amaral that Madeleine had died in the apartment, was forced into conceding her chances of being alive were 50/50.

amaral was comprehensivley and very publically humiliated in front of the worlds press, and showed his mounting frustration by getting up and walking out of the procedings on MORE THAN ONE OCCASION. Later this year, maybe even this month, the full libel trial will take place, and amaral hasn't got a snowballs hope in hell of winning. When that happens, and he looses every penny of his blood money, Sophia will not waste a second in leaving him, and then we will be told what the REAL amaral is like.

The public remain united behind the McCanns more than ever before, so take your fingers out of your ears and stop singing LA-LA-LA and realise the truth for once. The McCanns are innocent, and bennett and amaral are in a whole world of hurt.
