Forever Searching event - Asics British 10k London Run
My friends, please spresad this, the more participants ther better, thank you.
ASICS British 10K London Run
This is the 10th Anniversary of the British 10K and the second anniversary of Forever Searching taking part.
We need:
Participants:
Running or walking for Forever Searching in an FS teeshirt. The 10K can be done at a fairly brisk walking pace, you have two hours to complete. Alternatively can be run in far less time for those with a more competitive spirit.
Fundraising efforts can be done via Just Giving and we'll provide you with a hard form as well for more traditional sponsorship requests.
Supporters:
We treat every event as a potential awareness raising event, therefore we are looking for a number of supporters to gather today holding placards of missing persons. The really is a great opportunity to raise awareness and there are thousands of people watching and lots of media around, so opportunity to get the placards snapped.
Please message me on here or write to events@foreversearching.com if you can attend in either capacity.
Many thanks,
The Forever Searching Team

Thats brilliant, thank you Pedro.
I would consider doing this. Looking at the 10K site http://www.thebritish10klondon.co.uk/
It says you get 2 hours to walk ( hey I'm no spring chicken, lol) 10K is 6.2 miles apparently.

That's two days before my daughter's wedding, so I imagine we will be too busy to take part, but I will certanly support it in any other way possible.
