Algarve: Police intercepts drug-laden vessel
A pleasure craft, registered in Spain, was seized last week in Praia da Luz, Algarve.


A pleasure craft was arrested last week in Praia da Luz in the Algarve, in possession of "a considerable amount of drugs," said the source of the Marine Police.

The boat is registered Spanish, having been made several arrests, Lusa said today the commander of the Maritime Zone of the South The official would not have to reveal the number of detainees and their nationals.

The seizure resulted from a joint operation of the Judicial Police (PJ) and the Maritime Police (PM).

The vessel was seized at about 23h00 yesterday when a discharge of narcotics along the coast, said the agency Lusa Commander Marques Ferreira, not anticipating that that product is.

god dont tell me they have made a positive arrest???Whats up have they fallen out of the bed the wrong way

oh hang on....theres money to be made in drugs aint there!!

i bet they had 5000 officers on the case...all out of bed at the crack of dawn ready to pounce on them as they sailed merrily past.

Good job though,fair play..but i would now like to place bets on what becomes of the found drugs!!!
