Who Is Next On Carter-Ruck's List?

Who is next? Missing Madeleine forum? Are Forumotion going to like the language, the libel and Stevo redirecting Bennett, Butler's and his skanky site to theirs, leaving Forumotion wide open to being sued for libel from Carter-Ruck?

I have heard this morning that Carter-Ruck have been doing a bit of looking around, they have probably come online looking at the Madeleine Foundation and getting ready for Monday morning.

However, a little bird tells me Carter-Ruck are looking at a couple of other blogs and forums too, I cannot say too much, but if my name was Jill Halvern, Westood and Joana Morais, I would start reaching for the panic button!

They never learn any of them. Bennett and Butler were offered an easy way out, the McCanns were being very dignified and gracious towards them, no surprise to us, because this is the way we know they behave.At the end of the day all this couple want is to be allowed to search for their missing daughter and to be allowed to ask freely about information which could lead to her whereabouts. Bennett and Butler and Stevo know this, yet Bennett, Butler and Stevo have stuck a collective middle finger up at them and their team of crack shot libel lawyers, in retrospect lookiing at what has been happening since they gave theri word, well it only took hours for Stevo and Bennett to cook up some damned foolhardy idiotic ploy in which they think they can beat Carter-Ruck. I know you cannot make it up, looks likes writs all round come Monday morning and Bennett and Butler will be in court and Stevo probably thrown out of the States, well that is for them, they had every opportunity, every chance to comply and walk away from this nightmare, they chose to fight Carter-Ruck, well now they reap what they sew!

By god I hope ALL of that bunch get their comeuppance...........nothing will match what they have put the poor McCann family through ....GGGGGRRRRR...........

In raising the stakes in this way the McCanns will incense every man, woman and child in our great land who cherishes the freedoms, including freedom of speech, for which so many of our brave ancestors, in two bloody and brutal world wars, were prepared to give their lives. Today’s decision by the Madeleine Foundation to accede to Carter-Ruck’s demands is a clever one. In forcing this ‘concession’, the McCanns have increased yet again what must already be an unbearable pressure not only on themselves but on every single member of their extended family, some of whom are known to be in poor health.

I wonder how many deaths Kate McCann is prepared to cause before coming clean?
Arrogant, naive, selfish and astonishingly stupid but, for those of us who have watched the McCanns’ every move since May 2007, sadly, anything but surprising.

Having made allowance for over two years that Kate McCann is a bereaved mother, we have shown extreme patience in giving this family time to talk to someone, anyone, and tell the truth about how Madeleine died and what they did with her body.
It gives me no pleasure to suggest that their blind determination to conceal, and evidently persevere with, their criminal acts can have only one outcome, the total destruction of their extended family.

Kate McCann, you are being given one last chance.

With freedom comes responsibility - and some of the members of the Madeleine Foundation have been very irresponsible with their "Freedom of speech".

I wonder if Kate's and Gerry's extended families found it more difficult to deal with the liablious comments against Kate and Gerry, the 30 reason booklet, Amaral's book or the CR results? I know I would find it much easier to swallow CR's actions than some members of the Foundation and Amaral's nonsense!!

Bennett, Butler & co have injected themselves into this case. They alone are responsible for their actions (even if Brencardi tries to convince people that the McCanns made her do it). Sadly, these depraved people are likely to try and blame the McCanns when they are punished for their wicked actions.

I see this with some kids. They will do something naughty, sometimes cruel and nasty and when their victim "tells", the offender blames them for "getting them into trouble".

I wonder if TB & DB were like this as children?

The way I seet it is this: if TB and Co and are acting like kids, they can be (and should) be punished, because they are playing with fire.

I would also like to see our infamous NotDoc explain to CR who told him that Madeleine had died.

Remember on 3A's he made that outrageous claim about someone close to the Tapas 7 had informed him? There are a lot of individuals they can go after and I hope some of the more prominent ones they will - but my money is on Joana as the next site to get her get out of town card.

This is not about Freedom of Speech, it is about DEFAMATION. Freedom of Speech does not give anyone the right to make up defamatory accusations against other people.

This is a subtle point that so many don't understand, Diane.

Even here in the States, the First Amendment only protects PROTECTED SPEECH.

Libel, defamation, slander, terroristic threats, etc. - ARE NOT protected speech.

Hard to believe TB was a lawyer isn't it?
Yet he continued with libel statements and leaflets without ANY evidence.
Well, roll on Monday, I for one cant wait to read what CR have thrown at him and his followers.
